Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Fresh Cream
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil starts to separate. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Add the diced bell peppers and stir well to coat them with the spices. Cook for 4-5 minutes, keeping them slightly crunchy.
- 5. Gently add the paneer cubes to the kadhai and mix carefully to avoid breaking them.
- 6. Pour in 1/2 cup water to adjust the gravy consistency. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
- 7. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala, and cook for another 2 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
