  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 100G Oleo
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil starts to separate. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the diced bell peppers and stir well to coat them with the spices. Cook for 4-5 minutes, keeping them slightly crunchy.
  5. 5. Gently add the paneer cubes to the kadhai and mix carefully to avoid breaking them.
  6. 6. Pour in 1/2 cup water to adjust the gravy consistency. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  7. 7. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala, and cook for another 2 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
