  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai or deep pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add sliced onions and green chilies, sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft. Mix in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.

  5. 5. Spread butter or ghee on one side of each bread slice. Heat a tawa or skillet and place the slices buttered side down.
  6. 6. Top the untoasted side of the bread with a spoonful of the paneer mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle grated cheese if desired.
  7. 7. Cover the bread slices with another slice to form a sandwich and toast on both sides until golden and crispy.
  8. 8. Serve the Kadhai Paneer and Veggie Tawa Toast hot with mint chutney or ketchup for dipping.
