Ingredients

  • 250 g Carrot
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until translucent. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, cooking for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the diced bell peppers, julienned carrots, and chopped tomatoes to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still retain a slight crunch.
  4. 4. Stir in the tomato puree, garam masala, and kasuri methi. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the spices are well blended and aromatic.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the cubed paneer, ensuring it gets coated in the spice mixture. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Adjust salt to taste and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with parathas, rotis, or as a standalone dish.
