Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100G Oleo
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 250 g French Beans
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, followed by the ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil separates from the masala.
- 4. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and gently stir to coat them in the spiced tomato gravy. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- 5. In a separate pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and green beans. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- 6. Mix the sautéed vegetables with the paneer gravy and cook together for 3 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala on top and stir well.
- 7. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
