Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 100 G Kadhai Masala
  • - Olive Oil
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the chopped tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, then stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and kadhai masala spice mix.
  3. 3. Add the diced green and red capsicum, shredded cabbage, and chopped green beans, stirring well to coat the vegetables in the spices.
  4. 4. Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but retain a slight crunch.
  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer and salt, mixing thoroughly. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the paneer is heated through and well incorporated with the vegetables.
