- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 g French Beans
- 100 G Kadhai Masala
- - Olive Oil
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 2. Add the chopped tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, then stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and kadhai masala spice mix.
- 3. Add the diced green and red capsicum, shredded cabbage, and chopped green beans, stirring well to coat the vegetables in the spices.
- 4. Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but retain a slight crunch.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer and salt, mixing thoroughly. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the paneer is heated through and well incorporated with the vegetables.
- 6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with whole grain bread or enjoy as is.
