Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 G Kadhai Masala
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil separates, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and kadhai masala. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
  5. 5. Toss in the diced bell peppers, broccoli, and green beans. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the masala.
  6. 6. Cover the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. 7. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix to combine. Cook for another 3-4 minutes to heat the paneer through.
