Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 250 g French Beans
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 G Kadhai Masala
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil separates, about 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and kadhai masala. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are aromatic.
- 5. Toss in the diced bell peppers, broccoli, and green beans. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the masala.
- 6. Cover the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 7. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix to combine. Cook for another 3-4 minutes to heat the paneer through.
- 8. Adjust salt to taste and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
