Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release oil, about 5-6 minutes.
- 5. Mix in the coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine the spices.
- 6. Add the minced chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink, about 10-12 minutes.
- 7. Toss in the chopped green and red bell peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes to retain a slight crunch.
- 8. Sprinkle the fresh coriander over the chicken keema and mix well.
- 9. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a skillet. Place a generous portion of the chicken keema in the center of each paratha and roll tightly.
- 10. Serve the wraps hot as a complete and satisfying breakfast.
