Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100G Oleo
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the diced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
- 3. Add the tomatoes, green bell pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is tender and the masala is well incorporated.
- 4. In a separate pan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green chili and sauté for 30 seconds.
- 5. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them quickly. Add garam masala and salt, stirring continuously until the eggs are cooked and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Assemble the bowl by placing the kadhai chicken on one side and the egg bhurji on the other. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
