Ingredients
- 200 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 l Homogenised Toned Milk
- 100 g Sabja Seeds
- Pcs Fru Juicy Jelly
- 500G Madhur Sugar
- Loose Cardamom
Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder. Heat on medium flame until the sugar dissolves completely. Let it cool to room temperature.
- 2. Soak 2 tbsp of basil seeds in 1/2 cup of water for 10 minutes until they swell up. Drain the water and set aside.
- 3. Prepare jelly by mixing 1/2 cup of jelly powder with 1 cup of water as per the instructions on the packet. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 4. In a blender, combine 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/4 cup of condensed milk, and 1/4 cup of rose syrup. Blend until smooth.
- 5. Cut the set jelly into small cubes and set aside.
- 6. In serving glasses, layer the prepared jelly cubes at the bottom. Add a layer of soaked basil seeds.
- 7. Pour the cooled milk mixture over the layers, filling the glass halfway. Add the blended almond milk mixture on top.
- 8. Garnish with a few strands of saffron and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios. Serve chilled.
