Ingredients

  • 50 ml Sprig Extract Of Natural Bourbon Vanilla Alcohol Free
  • 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 180 ml Alt Co Almond Milk
  • 120 g Indian Blueberries
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
  • 10 kg Pansari Fresh Chakki Atta (0% Maida)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Melt 4 tablespoons of coconut oil in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan by placing it in the oven for a few minutes. Remove once melted.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of sugar. Mix well.
  4. 4. Gradually add 1 cup of almond milk and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, stirring until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  5. 5. Pour the batter evenly over the melted coconut oil in the baking pan. Do not stir.
  6. 6. Evenly distribute 2 cups of blueberries over the batter.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean.
  8. 8. Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
