- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 200 g Paneer
- 330G Veeba Sauces, Barbeque Sauce (330g)
- 200 g Table Salt
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50 g Chat Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the barbecue grill by cleaning the grates and preheating it to medium-high heat.
- 2. Peel and finely chop 2 large potatoes and 1 large sweet potato into 1-inch cubes.
- 3. Cut 1 large red bell pepper and 1 large green bell pepper into 1-inch pieces.
- 4. Skewer the chopped potatoes, sweet potatoes, and bell peppers alternately onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and salt to taste.
- 6. Brush the prepared skewers generously with the oil and spice mixture, ensuring all pieces are coated evenly.
- 7. Place the skewers on the preheated barbecue grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- 8. While the skewers are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- 9. Once the skewers are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 2 minutes.
