  • 250g Coriander
  • - Black Pepper
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • Pcs Everest Ginger Garlic 200g

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, add All-purpose flour, salt, ghee and egg, knead it well with required water until the dough is formed. Grease the dough with melted ghee and let it sit for 35-40 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a pan with oil, add the onions, minced chicken, ginger-garlic paste, to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, ground chilli flakes, jeera, green chilies and salt. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices for 8-10 minutes.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, add eggs, black pepper, salt and whisk well. Add coriander and tomato to the whisked eggs and finally add in the chicken mixture in it. Set aside.
  5. 5. Take the kneaded dough, add some ghee and knead once again and take a round of it to make the filling pockets for the murthabaq.
  6. 6. Heat a non-stick pan with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Cook the stuffed flatbreads for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7. Serve the Jaalar Murthabaq hot with a side of tomato sauce for dipping.
