Ingredients
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Extra Long Grain Biryani Basmati Rice
- 200 g Tendercuts Chicken 65 Boneless
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish lightly with oil or butter.
- 2. Cook 1 1/2 cups of basmati rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 3. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and sauté 500 g of chicken pieces until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat.
- 4. Steam 2 cups of broccoli florets until tender but still vibrant green, then set aside.
- 5. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup of water. Mix well to create a creamy sauce.
- 6. In the greased casserole dish, layer the cooked rice, sautéed chicken, and steamed broccoli.
- 7. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the layered ingredients and stir gently to combine.
- 8. Top the casserole with 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs made by toasting crumbled basmati rice until crispy, spreading them evenly.
- 9. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dish is bubbling.
