A fusion of Italian stuffed shells with Indian spices, perfect for a flavorful vegetarian dinner. This dish combines creamy paneer and ricotta with aromatic spices for a unique twist.
Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander - Chopped (Kothimbir)
- 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
- 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
- 200 g Mooz Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Block
- 50 g Minitz Garam Masala
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Turmeric - Haldi Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Catch Red Kuti Mirch
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. In a large bowl, combine 500 g ricotta cheese, 200 g grated paneer, 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well to form a smooth filling.
- 3. Skip the step involving cooking pasta shells as they are not available. Instead, use the cheese and spice mixture to form small stuffed rounds or patties.
- 4. Spread 1 cup of tomato-based curry sauce evenly in the bottom of a 17 x 12-inch baking dish.
- 5. Arrange the stuffed rounds or patties in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- 6. Top the rounds or patties with another 1 cup of tomato-based curry sauce and sprinkle 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is golden.
- 8. Garnish with additional chopped coriander before serving. Serve hot for a delicious dinner.
