Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Extra Long Grain Biryani Basmati Rice
- 100 g Mix Fruit
- 200 g Whole Farm Premium Dried Apricots/Khubani
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
- 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Raisins 500 G
- 200 g Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon And Broth Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of long-grain rice, 2 tablespoons curry powder, 1 cup mixed dried fruit, 1/2 cup raisins, and 1 cup chopped dried apricots.
- 2. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable bouillon granules and 2 tablespoons of dried parsley flakes to the mixture. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 3. Store the prepared rice mix in an airtight container if not cooking immediately.
- 4. To cook, bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 2 cups of the rice mix and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is fully absorbed.
- 5. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork, garnish with additional parsley if desired, and serve warm as a main dish or side.
