A hearty and flavorful Indian-inspired casserole featuring spiced vegetables, paneer, and a creamy tomato base, perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- 100 g Premium Coriander Leaves Without Roots
- 100 g Premium Green Chilli
- 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
- 150 g Ramji Sabudana Potato Papad
- 180 ml Paras Desi Ghee
- 200 g Tata Sampann Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds (Whole Spices) (Jeera)
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 250 ml Amul Fresh Cream
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
- 50 g Minitz Garam Masala
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with ghee.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and sauté 1 tsp cumin seeds until aromatic. Add 1 chopped green chili and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, stirring for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add 1 cup of crumbled paneer to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- 4. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of cream, 1/2 cup of grated processed cheese, and 1/2 cup of tomato puree. Season with 1 tsp garam masala and salt to taste.
- 5. Combine the cooked paneer mixture with the creamy tomato mixture and pour it into the prepared baking dish.
- 6. Spread 1 cup of crushed papad or breadcrumbs evenly over the top for a crispy layer.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
- 8. Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
