  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 150 g Ratlami Sev
  • - Besan
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth, thick batter. Stir in freshly chopped coriander leaves.
