- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 g Cucumber
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Tamarind Paste
- 150 g Ratlami Sev
- - Besan
- 100 g Lemon
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth, thick batter. Stir in freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 2. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Once hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until the fritters are golden and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- 3. Arrange the fritters on a serving plate. Top with finely chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and green chilies.
