Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Onion
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1Bunch Pudina
- - Green Chutney
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well.
- 2. Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a grill pan or non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and vegetables, and grill for 8-10 minutes until slightly charred and cooked. Stir occasionally.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a tawa or flat pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- 5. Assemble the wraps by spreading a layer of green chutney on each paratha. Add grilled paneer and vegetables in the center, followed by grated cabbage or lettuce and fresh mint leaves.
- 6. Roll the parathas tightly into wraps, securing them with parchment paper or foil if needed.
- 7. Serve immediately for a hot and delicious breakfast, or pack them for an on-the-go meal.
