  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the dough by mixing whole wheat flour, yogurt, a pinch of salt, and water as needed to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and sauté until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  3. 3. Add chopped vegetables, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in garam masala, crumbled paneer, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the filling from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin flatbread. Place a spoonful of the prepared filling in the center and roll it tightly, sealing the edges.
  6. 6. Heat butter in a pan over low heat and place the rolls seam-side down. Cook on all sides until golden brown and slightly crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Serve warm with yogurt or mint chutney for a delicious breakfast.
