Ingredients
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the dough by mixing whole wheat flour, yogurt, a pinch of salt, and water as needed to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and sauté until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- 3. Add chopped vegetables, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 4. Stir in garam masala, crumbled paneer, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the filling from heat and let it cool slightly.
- 5. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin flatbread. Place a spoonful of the prepared filling in the center and roll it tightly, sealing the edges.
- 6. Heat butter in a pan over low heat and place the rolls seam-side down. Cook on all sides until golden brown and slightly crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 7. Serve warm with yogurt or mint chutney for a delicious breakfast.
