Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine paneer, bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms. Add mustard oil, tikka masala spice mix, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Toss well to coat evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Arrange the marinated paneer and vegetables on skewers or directly on the pan. Grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
