Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Ghee
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat ghee on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add diced bell peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes to the tawa. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until they start to soften.
- 3. Stir in green peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Add cubed paneer and yogurt to the vegetables, gently mixing to coat everything evenly. Cook for 5 minutes until paneer is heated through.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and black pepper over the dish, stirring well to combine the flavors.
- 6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
- 7. Serve hot with whole wheat roti or as is for a wholesome breakfast.
