Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the paneer into thin strips and marinate it with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the marinated paneer strips on medium heat until golden and cooked thoroughly, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper until softened and slightly caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.
