- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Onion
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into thin strips and marinate it with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the marinated paneer strips on medium heat until golden and cooked thoroughly, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper until softened and slightly caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a skillet until soft and pliable, ensuring they are lightly toasted but not crispy.
- 5. Assemble the rolls by spreading a thin layer of mint chutney on each paratha. Add the cooked paneer and sautéed vegetables, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, and roll tightly.
