- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 320 g Puff Pastry Sheet
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the chicken mince, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until it turns white and is fully cooked.
- 4. Mix in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt; cook for another 5 minutes to allow the spices to blend.
- 5. Sprinkle the garam masala and fresh coriander leaves, stir well, and remove the filling from heat. Let it cool completely.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 7. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each rectangle.
- 8. Fold the pastry over the filling, sealing the edges by pressing firmly. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
- 9. Brush the beaten egg over the top of the rolls for a golden finish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- 10. Serve warm with mint chutney or tomato ketchup for a delicious breakfast treat.
