Ingredients

  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 320 g Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in the chicken mince, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until it turns white and is fully cooked.
  4. 4. Mix in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt; cook for another 5 minutes to allow the spices to blend.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the garam masala and fresh coriander leaves, stir well, and remove the filling from heat. Let it cool completely.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each rectangle.
  8. 8. Fold the pastry over the filling, sealing the edges by pressing firmly. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
  9. 9. Brush the beaten egg over the top of the rolls for a golden finish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
