  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 box Baking Soda
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and baking soda.
  2. 2. Add yogurt to the dry mixture and whisk into a smooth batter, ensuring there are no lumps. Gradually add water to adjust the batter to a thick, pourable consistency.
  3. 3. Fold in the chopped tomato, bell pepper, grated carrot, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Mix well to evenly distribute the vegetables.
