  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. 2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, mix gently to coat evenly, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, and sauté the marinated paneer cubes until golden and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  4. 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a skillet until soft and pliable, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Assemble the wraps by placing a few sautéed paneer cubes in the center of each paratha, topping with sliced onions, diced tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves.
