- 200 g Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to create a marinade.
- 2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, mix gently to coat evenly, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, and sauté the marinated paneer cubes until golden and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a skillet until soft and pliable, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- 5. Assemble the wraps by placing a few sautéed paneer cubes in the center of each paratha, topping with sliced onions, diced tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves.
- 6. Optionally, drizzle with mint chutney for added flavor, then roll the parathas tightly to form wraps.
- 7. Serve the wraps warm, accompanied by additional mint chutney if desired.
