Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Cow Ghee
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, and red chili powder; cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them lightly, and pour into the pan; gently stir to combine with the spice mixture.
- 5. Cook the eggs on low heat, stirring continuously to create creamy scrambled eggs, about 3-5 minutes.
- 6. Add garam masala, salt, and chopped coriander leaves; mix well and cook for another minute.
