Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 20 g Cinnamon
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 20 g Cardamom Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat ghee in a deep pan on medium heat and sauté cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves until aromatic, about 1 minute.
  2. 2. Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Mix in the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Lower the heat and add yogurt gradually, stirring continuously to avoid curdling. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add cashew paste and garam masala, stirring to combine. Let the gravy simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Gently add paneer cubes to the gravy, ensuring they are coated well. Cover the pan, reduce heat to low, and let it cook for 10-12 minutes using the dum method.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
