- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the green chilies, turmeric powder, and red chili powder, cooking for 1 minute to release the aroma.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Mix in the chopped green and red bell peppers, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- 6. Lower the heat and add the crumbled paneer, garam masala, and salt. Stir gently to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with whole-grain toast or as is for a light breakfast.
