Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the green chilies, turmeric powder, and red chili powder, cooking for 1 minute to release the aroma.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix in the chopped green and red bell peppers, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  6. 6. Lower the heat and add the crumbled paneer, garam masala, and salt. Stir gently to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
