Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- - Grated Coconut
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 200 ml Ghee
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, grated coconut, a pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp ghee. Gradually add yogurt and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- 3. Add green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala to the pan. Stir well, then add crumbled paneer and cook for 5 minutes. Mix in chopped coriander and set aside to cool.
- 4. Divide the rested dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center. Fold and seal the edges to encase the filling.
- 5. Roll out the stuffed dough gently into a paratha, ensuring the filling doesn’t spill out.
- 6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly with ghee. Cook each paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
- 7. Serve the Hyderabadi Paneer and Coconut Parathas hot with yogurt or pickles.
