- 100 g Oats Jumbo
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Green Peas
- 250 g Carrot
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Toned Milk
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Sauté until they begin to crackle.
- 2. Add the chopped green chili, diced tomato, capsicum, green peas, and carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables soften slightly.
- 3. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
- 4. Add the rolled oats to the pan and toss to combine with the vegetables and spices.
