  • 100 g Oats Jumbo
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Green Peas
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Toned Milk
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Sauté until they begin to crackle.
