- 1 head Cauliflower
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 g French Beans
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and add cumin seeds; sauté until they crackle.
- 2. Add thinly sliced onions and cook until golden brown, then mix in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, then stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- 4. Add the yogurt and cashew paste to the pan, mixing well to form a smooth masala base.
- 5. Add the cauliflower, green beans, carrots, and green peas, ensuring they are coated evenly with the masala.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala over the vegetables, cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 7. Stir occasionally and check for doneness; the vegetables should be tender yet retain their shape.
