Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Dairy Milk
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the dough by combining the whole wheat flour, yogurt, 1/2 tsp salt, and milk (if needed for consistency). Knead until smooth, cover, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Crumble the paneer and mix it with finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, and lemon juice to prepare the stuffing.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions, roll them into balls, and flatten each into a small disc. Place a portion of the paneer stuffing in the center and fold the edges to seal it completely.
  4. 4. Roll the stuffed dough gently into a round paratha, ensuring the stuffing does not break through.
  5. 5. Heat a tawa (flat griddle) and add a small amount of ghee. Place the paratha on the tawa and cook on medium heat until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
  6. 6. Repeat the process for all the dough balls and stuffing portions, adding ghee as needed.
  7. 7. Serve the Hyderabadi Dum Paneer Parathas hot with yogurt, pickle, or mint chutney.
