Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft and the oil separates.
  3. 3. Add the crumbled paneer, garam masala, and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated with the spices.
  4. 4. Stir in the fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes to achieve a creamy consistency. Take off the heat and mix in the chopped coriander leaves.
  5. 5. Warm the parathas on a flat pan until soft and pliable. Place a generous amount of the spiced paneer mixture along the center of each paratha.
  6. 6. Roll the parathas tightly around the filling to form rolls. Secure with parchment paper or toothpicks if needed and serve warm.
