- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves

- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder

Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

- 3. Add the crumbled paneer, garam masala, and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated with the spices.
- 4. Stir in the fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes to achieve a creamy consistency. Take off the heat and mix in the chopped coriander leaves.
- 5. Warm the parathas on a flat pan until soft and pliable. Place a generous amount of the spiced paneer mixture along the center of each paratha.
- 6. Roll the parathas tightly around the filling to form rolls. Secure with parchment paper or toothpicks if needed and serve warm.
