- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thighs into small bite-sized pieces and set aside in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and coat the chicken pieces evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- 3. Heat oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Set aside.
- 4. To make the mint chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste. Mix with mayonnaise to form a creamy chutney.
- 5. Warm the flatbreads or parathas on a skillet, ensuring they are soft and pliable.
- 6. Assemble the wrap by spreading the mint chutney on the flatbread, layering with cooked chicken pieces, sliced onions, and shredded lettuce. Roll tightly into a wrap.
- 7. Serve immediately, slicing the wraps in half for easier handling if preferred.
