- 400 g Laa Frozen Chicken Curry Cut Skinless
- 240 g Honey Twigs Himalayan Honey
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 pack (100 g) Nutraj Classic Safed Til | Sesame Seeds | Natural
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet
- 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
- 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp honey, 1 tbsp finely grated gingerroot, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp sherry, and 2 tbsp sesame seeds until well combined.
- 2. Add 2 lb chicken pieces to the bowl and mix thoroughly to coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.
- 3. Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
- 4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the marinated chicken to a baking dish, arranging the pieces in a single layer.
- 5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- 6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional sesame seeds if desired.
