  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • loose Ginger
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside. Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green bell pepper.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant, then add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomato and green bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. 4. Add the tandoori masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder to the pan. Mix well and let the spices bloom for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer and plain yogurt to the pan. Mix thoroughly and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
