A hearty and flavorful beef stew simmered with red wine, aromatic herbs, and vegetables, perfect for a comforting dinner. Serve over rice for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 500 g Organically Grown White Onion
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 100 g Whole Farm Premium Black Peppercorns
- 238 Ml Haitai Bong Bong Grape Juice 해태Htb 포도봉봉 238Ml
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add 1 cup of cooked quinoa and sauté until lightly toasted for about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Remove the quinoa from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, add 1/2 cup diced celery and 2 lb chopped white onion. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- 3. Add 6 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp dried oregano, 2 bay leaves, and 6 black peppercorns to the pot. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Return the quinoa to the pot and pour in 1 cup of grape juice mixed with 1 cup of water. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
- 5. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are well combined.
- 6. Season with salt to taste and remove the bay leaves before serving. Serve the stew over cooked rice for a satisfying dinner.
