- - Mint Leaf
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining dahi (yogurt), turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, hing khoda, black pepper powder, salt, and lemon juice concentrate. Mix well until smooth.
- Step 3: Coat the fish fillets evenly with the prepared marinade and let them rest for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Step 4: While the fish is marinating, rinse and trim the ends of the French beans. Set aside.
- Step 5: Arrange the marinated fish fillets in the greased baking dish. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top.
- Step 6: Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 7: While the fish is baking, prepare the steamed green beans. Bring a pot of water to a boil and place a steamer basket over it. Add the French beans to the steamer basket, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Step 8: Chop fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves finely to use as garnish.
- Step 9: Once the fish is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Step 10: Plate the baked fish alongside the steamed green beans. Garnish the fish with chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves before serving.
