Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 2. Place 4 peeled and smashed garlic cloves in a casserole dish.
- 3. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper over the dish.
- 4. Cover the casserole tightly with foil and then place a lid on top to seal in the moisture.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours.
- 6. Remove the casserole from the oven and transfer the contents to warm serving plates.
- 7. Place the casserole dish on the stovetop over medium heat and cook any remaining liquid until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
- 8. Pour the thickened sauce over the contents and serve immediately.
