Ingredients

  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. Place 4 peeled and smashed garlic cloves in a casserole dish.
  3. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper over the dish.
  4. 4. Cover the casserole tightly with foil and then place a lid on top to seal in the moisture.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours.
  6. 6. Remove the casserole from the oven and transfer the contents to warm serving plates.
  7. 7. Place the casserole dish on the stovetop over medium heat and cook any remaining liquid until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. 8. Pour the thickened sauce over the contents and serve immediately.
