Ingredients
- 10 g Rosemary
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tsp rosemary, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper to form a paste.
- 3. Rub the herb onion paste evenly over the peeled and halved potatoes, ensuring they are well-coated.
- 4. Place the coated potatoes in a roasting pan and roast, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
- 5. While the potatoes are roasting, peel and cut 3 medium carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. After 45 minutes, add the carrots to the roasting pan around the potatoes. Toss the vegetables with the pan juices to coat them evenly.
- 7. Continue roasting for an additional 30-40 minutes, basting the vegetables with the pan juices every 15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- 8. Remove the vegetables from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve the roasted vegetables on a platter.
