  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 250 gm Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 1 kg Potato
  • 200 g Green Peas
  • - Vegetable Stock Cubes
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all ingredients: 1/2 cup wild rice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 small onion (finely chopped), 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 medium carrot (diced), 1 medium potato (diced), 1/2 cup green beans (chopped), 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup corn kernels, 1 medium tomato (finely chopped), 4 cups vegetable stock, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, Salt to taste, Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish), and 1 tsp lemon juice.
  2. 2. Rinse the wild rice thoroughly under cold water and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. 5. Stir in the diced carrot, potato, and green beans. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
