Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 100 g Celery
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 180 ml Mother Dairy Milk
- 51 g Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup
- 1 ltr Kinley Packaged Water
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 1 pack (500 g) Popular Essentials Regular Maida Flour
Instructions
- 1. In a Dutch oven, cook and stir 1 1/2 cups chopped Sambar Onion Peeled and 1/2 cup chopped onion over medium heat until the onion is tender.
- 2. Stir in 1 can of Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup, 1 diced potato, 1 1/2 cups Kinley Packaged Water, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 2 teaspoons Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon On1Y Pepper Grinder. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
- 3. Cover the Dutch oven and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups Popular Essentials Regular Maida Flour with 2/3 cup Mother Dairy Milk to form a soft dough.
- 5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the simmering vegetable mixture, ensuring the dumplings do not sink into the liquid.
- 6. Cook the mixture uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes, then cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through and fluffy.
- 7. Garnish the dish with fresh parsley sprigs before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
