Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 125 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
  • 10 g Fresh Thyme
  • 500 g Ooty Potato (Aloo Gadde)
  • 150 g Mooz Cream Cheese
  • 100 g Broccoli Florets
  • 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil, leaving a 1 1/2-inch overhang on all sides.
  2. 2. Cut the beef chuck into equal portions and place them in the prepared pan. Top with sliced onion and bell pepper.
  3. 3. In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, diced tomato with juice, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the beef, onion, and bell pepper.
  4. 4. Cover the pan tightly with a large sheet of heavy-duty foil, sealing the edges with the overhang. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the oven and add the peeled and quartered potatoes around the beef. Reseal the pan with foil and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
  6. 6. Uncover the pan and add the broccoli. Reseal the pan with foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the beef is fully cooked.
  7. 7. Carefully remove the foil and stir the contents of the pan gently to combine the flavors. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty Swiss steak dinner.
