Hearty Southern Chili With Ground Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 200 g Organically Grown Sambar Onion
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 ltr Kinley Packaged Water
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 50 g Zoff Premium Indian Bay Leaf
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
Instructions
- 1. In a large saucepan, combine 2 1/2 cups of Kinley Packaged Water. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- 2. Strain the liquid, reserving the liquid, and chill both separately.
- 3. In the same saucepan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add 2 diced green capsicums, 4 oz of chopped sambar onion, 1/2 cup of chopped celery, and 1 minced garlic clove. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
- 4. Add 1 can of Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes, 1 cup of Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce, 1 tbsp of Mirchi Powder (Bedagi), 1/8 tsp of Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder, 1 bay leaf, and 1/2 tsp of Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Remove the bay leaf before serving. Serve the chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings if desired.
