Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- 1 Kg Idly/Dosa Batter
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil and sauté the cumin seeds until aromatic. Add the crumbled paneer, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
- 2. Prepare the toppings by mixing chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it out gently into a thick pancake.
- 4. While the batter is still wet, sprinkle the prepared paneer mixture and vegetable toppings evenly over the uttapam. Press lightly to ensure they stick.
- 5. Cover and cook the uttapam for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until the bottom is golden and the top is cooked through. Flip carefully if needed and cook for another minute.
- 6. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar for a complete South Indian breakfast experience.
