- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100G Oleo
- - Toned Milk
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, and green chilies, cooking for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, mixing well to combine the spices with the vegetables.
- 5. Crumble the paneer into the pan and gently fold it into the masala mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
