Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- - Besan
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Toned Milk
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, whole wheat flour, yogurt, milk, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chilies until soft. Add tomatoes, garam masala, and crumbled paneer. Cook for 5 minutes, then mix in cilantro and set aside.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it into a small pancake shape.
- 4. Cook the pancake on medium heat until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- 5. Place a portion of the paneer masala filling on one side of the pancake, fold it over, and press gently. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
- 6. Serve the paneer masala pancakes warm with mint chutney or yogurt on the side.
