  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Pasteurised Butter
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

  1. 1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili, sauté until the onion turns translucent, then stir in the bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
