Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 500 g Weikfield Chef'S Basket Durum Wheat Elbow Domestic Pasta
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Prasuma Chicken Ham
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 cups of diced ham, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté until the onion is translucent and the ham is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Stir in 29 ounces of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Add 6 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 3. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 4. Add 8 ounces of elbow pasta to the pot and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
