Ingredients
- 450G Habit Pitted Black Olives (450g)
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250G Veeba Eggless Mayonnaise (250g)
- 370 G Covinordijon Mustard Paste
- 55 g Paprika Powder
- 200 g Table Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place 6 large eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 10 minutes.
- 2. Remove the eggs from the pot and transfer them to a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for 10 minutes before peeling the shells off the eggs.
- 3. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Place the egg whites on a serving plate.
- 4. Mash the egg yolks with a fork until smooth. Add 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Mix well until the filling is creamy.
- 5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollows of the egg whites, creating a mound of filling in each egg half.
- 6. To decorate, cut black olives into small pieces and arrange them on the yolk filling to resemble 'spider' shapes or other Halloween-themed designs.
- 7. Chill the filled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve cold as a spooky and delicious Halloween treat.
